How to request deletion

If you contacted Blue Tio Marine & Transport through Facebook, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp, or this website and want us to delete information we control, send us a request.

• Email [email protected] with the subject: Data deletion request.
• Or WhatsApp +60 18-771 7783 and say you want your Blue Tio message data deleted.
• Tell us the platform you used and the profile name or contact detail we should search for.

What we can delete

We can delete or anonymize records that Blue Tio controls, such as saved enquiry notes or local business records connected to your request, unless we need to keep them for legal, safety, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Platform data

Some data is controlled by Meta, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or other platforms. To remove information stored by those platforms, use their account privacy and deletion tools directly.

Response time

We will review deletion requests as soon as practical for a small local business. If we need more information to identify the data, we will ask you for details.
